Vision

In the second decade of the 21st century, e-commerce morphs into Agentic commerce.

Software will order from you, software will order for you. Intelligente digital machines will seek, find, and understand products, they’ll make sense of locations, service levels, constraints, seasonality. The concepts of category, tags, bullets will turn into tools for improved understanding by Artificial Intelligences. Each retail operation in every advanced country of the Planet must become “digital first”, just physical products will stay physical.

Sales channels will blur, as each web page, TV, billboard, device, surface will be a commerce display, and every retail business will need online multichannel management and connected management software.

We have very limited automation to reply to support tickets, and we reply to all of them. We love our product, we love our work, we know our limits, and we will do our best to improve. We see with enthusiasm what our users do with our tools—oftentimes beyond our expectations.
